Please join us on Saturday, July 24, 2021 to remember and honor the life of Kristina Jo Taylor (née Stone). A beloved science teacher at SJND, Kristina helped launch our lauded biomedical sciences program and deeply impacted our community. As Emily Lara, class of 2016, puts it, "she made me fall in love with chemistry. She inspired me so much that I decided as a sophomore that I wanted to become a chemist one day... I graduated with a degree in Biochemistry and Chemistry and the person who made that possible was Mrs. Taylor."
Kristina passed away on April 13, 2020, following a long battle with cancer and due to the Covid-19 pandemic, her memorial service has been postponed to July 24, 2021. Her family kindly invites you to a memorial Mass followed by a reception.

While the world won't be the same without her and SJND campus most certainly won't feel like home without her, the impact she has had on so many countless students' lives will forever signify the beautiful soul she is. Miss and love you always, Mrs. Taylor.
