St. Joseph Community Welcomes Father Mario Rizzo

Saint Joseph Notre Dame High School gives a warm welcome to Father Mario Rizzo who was recently appointed Parish Parochial Administrator at St. Joseph Basilica. Fr. Mario will also serve as the pastoral leader to St. Joseph Elementary and SJND.

Fr. Mario is an East Bay Area native and a graduate of UC Berkeley, where he majored in theatre and performance studies. In August 2011, he entered St. Patrick's Seminary University where he completed his formation to priesthood.

Fr. Mario is no stranger to the St. Joseph community; he also served here during his year as a transitional deacon. Most recently, Fr. Mario served as pastoral associate and RCIA director at Christ the King Parish in Pleasant Hill.

Monday-Saturday: 8:00 a.m.
Saturday: 5:00p.m.
Sunday: 7:30 a.m., 9:30 a.m., 11:30 a.m. and 7:00 p.m.
